If the desk phone says "no service" or "requesting service", follow these instructions to reset the phone:

When the phone is in either one of these states, the internet connection on the computer may be interrupted as well.

1. On the back of the phone, disconnect the cord from the left port (looking from the back) by depressing the tab and pulling the cord out of the phone - the phone will turn off

2. Wait a few seconds and reconnect cord to the left port

3. The phone will perform its startup routine, which will take several seconds

Once the phone finishes its startup, you should see the normal phone screen with a name & correct date and time listed.

If the phone goes back to "no service" or "requesting service", please open a help desk ticket.
